Canadian Specialist Hospital

Very disappointed with my recent experience at this hospital. I visited the ER after a karting accident with bruises, swelling, wounds on my left hand, and severe pain. Initially, I was told everything was “fine,” but my condition worsened afterward, including severe burning pain from the prescribed ointment and difficulty walking due to swelling and bruising. What upset me the most was the unprofessional behavior of one ER doctor, Dr. Bhadra Asha Menon. While I was waiting at the hospital regarding my sick leave concern, she spoke loudly in public and made disrespectful comments about me, saying I was “making drama” to avoid work and refusing to take my condition seriously. It was humiliating and very inappropriate for a healthcare professional. Thankfully, I requested to see an orthopedic doctor instead, who properly assessed my injuries, explained that my hand was close to serious injury, prescribed proper treatment, and issued me a 7-day recovery sick leave. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and compassionate care..especially when already in pain and distress. I hope management addresses this matter seriously.

ارحموا من في الارض يرحمكم من في السماء يعني ليش اسعاف وتحليل وسونار الفين درهم والله المستعان وبعدها الصيدلية حسابها لوحدهاواذا بيشوفك دكتور مختص كمان الها حساب تاني يعني لما يطلع الواحد من المشفى بينجلط من الدفع لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم
