Worst hospital I’ve ever been to very unprofessional hospital(front desk) the doctor was a really nice guy but the problem is the front desk they don’t know what there doing plus they haven’t received the appropriate training the prices keep getting changed Anam noor she is very disrespectful rude dismissive. I had a really bad experience as a tourist in Dubai at this hospital. The front desk are more interested in your money then providing a service . I did tell them I don’t mind paying but I don’t like to pay when prices are getting changed every 2 seconds . Shailah bano even though she was trying to the right thing and explain everything she was also confused but she was a little more carm and relaxed . Anam noor very disrespectful I am not happy with the way she treated me . I try ask to speak to a manager they said he’s not here and they try give me a random number . I’m from London I’ve never seen a hospital like this .

Great experience with Valiant! All their admin and nursing staff are very helpful and customer oriented which will yoe feel at home while being treated in the hospital. I've been on several hospitals in dubai but only in valiant that you will.feel the hospitality and care! Not to mention the good doctors that they have who is really looking at the root cause of your illness. Plus you dont have to wait for a long time for all your lab test and medical test to be done as it will be executed very fast!
